Established in 2012, Bulldozer Films set up this grassroots short film festival dedicated to helping low budget and early career filmmakers break into the industry. All British films accepted into the 2026 Cardiff Mini Film Festival are eligible to be entered into the 2026 British Independent Film Awards (BIFA).
The 2026 festival will land in the capital city on 18th January 2026!
