Established in 2012, Bulldozer Films set up this grassroots short film festival dedicated to helping low budget and early career filmmakers break into the industry. All shortlisted British films are eligible to be entered into the British Independent Film Awards (BIFA), and all Welsh films shortlisted are eligible to be entered in for a BAFTA Cymru Award.
